Vertical Builders is looking for a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to define, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads and support sales growth. This role blends creative storytelling, technical SEO/AEO, paid media management, landing page strategy, analytics, and content execution. The right candidate is a proactive, data-driven marketer who can build campaigns, manage paid search and social, improve website performance, track results, and create high-quality content for the U.S. real estate and homebuilding market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, monitor, and optimize paid search and display campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and LinkedIn
  • Manage audience targeting, A/B testing, ad copy, campaign structure, and negative keyword optimization
  • Create campaigns to promote spec homes, community openings, incentives, and regional opportunities
  • Track performance from first click through lead conversion and sales center activity
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on CPL, CPA, conversion rates, campaign performance, and opportunities for improvement
  • Drive organic search growth through local SEO, AEO content structures, keyword research, and website optimization
  • Research, write, and launch educational blog posts, AEO assets, landing pages, and long-tail buyer-focused content
  • Maintain and optimize the company website using WordPress or Webflow
  • Support nested geographic silo pages, keyword integration, on-page SEO, schema mapping, and technical content structure
  • Improve Google Business Profiles, citations, reviews, and local search visibility
  • Build A/B tested landing pages, lead magnets, downloadable resources, and nurture campaign content
  • Partner with internal teams to maintain and grow the company's Google review base with professional, keyword-conscious owner responses
  • Help reduce reliance on third-party marketing agencies by bringing key digital marketing execution in-house

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Ability to work full-time during standard U.S. Eastern Time business hours
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, local SEO, AEO, campaign optimization, landing pages, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • Experience with WordPress or Webflow
  • Ability to create clean, professional graphic elements using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong written and verbal English skills with the ability to write polished, high-end content for the U.S. real estate market
  • Experience in real estate, homebuilding, construction, or high-ticket luxury sales is highly preferred
  • Analytical, proactive, creative, accountable, and comfortable owning results
  • Honest and transparent in performance reporting, campaign recommendations, and communication with leadership
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create content and campaigns that support an excellent buyer experience
