Vertical Builders is a fast-paced, growing homebuilder serving the Richmond Metro area and surrounding Central Virginia communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who can help keep our digital presence, marketing assets, lead pipelines, and reporting organized and moving forward.

Vertical Builders is looking for a remote Marketing Coordinator to support the daily execution of our digital marketing operations. This role will help maintain our online presence, support website and content updates, organize marketing assets, monitor leads and reviews, coordinate with outside marketing vendors, and provide reporting support to the Sales & Marketing Manager. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys writing, organization, digital marketing, CRM accuracy, and making sure marketing tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Google Business Profiles, Houzz, and social media channels daily
Draft professional, keyword-conscious responses to Google reviews and social engagement
Support campaigns to transfer historical reviews from GuildQuality to Google Business Profile
Write and organize blog posts, county landing pages, AEO articles, e-books, and Knowledge Hub content
Format, proofread, and publish approved website content within expected timelines
Update active community pages with current lot availability, pricing, and related information
Maintain image libraries, floor plans, marketing assets, and campaign documentation
Monitor incoming digital leads to ensure proper categorization, tagging, assignment, and follow-up visibility
Audit automated email and text sequences inside the CRM to support consistent lead nurturing
Review search query reports and flag unnecessary ad spend, junk clicks, competitor clicks, or negative keyword opportunities
Prepare a weekly Marketing Analytics Dashboard tracking PPC ad spend, cost-per-click, lead volume, and related marketing metrics
Coordinate with outsourced marketing vendors and help hold partners accountable for deliverables

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience as a Remote Digital Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Administrative Specialist
Ability to work full-time during standard U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Strong copywriting, proofreading, storytelling, grammar, and professional public messaging skills
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot preferred
Experience with website CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow preferred
Foundational understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profile management, and keyword placement
Comfortable organizing marketing data, reports, digital assets, and repeatable workflows
High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage recurring tasks accurately
Positive, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
Customer-focused approach to public messaging, reviews, and brand communication
Ability to take ownership of work, stay accountable, and communicate honestly when priorities shift
Experience in residential homebuilding, real estate, or construction is preferred but not required
